We currently have thirteen eggs in the incubator, just waiting to become chicks! We are currently on day 6 of the hatching process and our new babies should take about 21 days to make their appearance. We are monitoring the temperature, humidity and turning in the incubator daily and are conducting a variety of experiments and observations as we work through our Chick Quest Log Books. A special thank you goes out to the Ohio Soybean Council for the donation of the incubator and the eggs and to Mr. Knapp for purchasing our log books so as scientists, we have somewhere to keep our observations. We will post chick pics once they arrive!
